Unite Digital Pty Ltd trading as Growth Story (ABN 44 147 778 005) ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thesispm.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it is used. It does not cover the Thesis PM software product itself, which runs entirely on your own machine and is described separately below.

1. Information we collect on this website

Email address (beta registration)

When you submit the beta access form on this Site, we collect your email address. We use it solely to contact you about beta access, product updates, and launch announcements related to Thesis PM. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Web server logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data when your browser requests a page. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, and the date and time of your request. This data is used only for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not linked to your email address or any other identifying information.

Google Fonts

This Site loads the Roboto typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.google.com). When your browser fetches the font files, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of the HTTP request. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. No other third-party scripts, analytics, or tracking pixels are present on this Site.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies of any kind on this Site.
• We do not run analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment).
• We do not embed social media tracking widgets.
• We do not collect payment information — there is no payment form on this Site.

3. The Thesis PM software product

Thesis PM is a local-first tool. Your spec files, configuration, and task data live entirely on your own filesystem — nothing is transmitted to our servers.

When you use Thesis PM's AI features (elaboration, spec generation, the conversation panel), your prompts and spec content are sent directly from your machine to the Anthropic API using your own API key or Claude subscription. Thesis PM does not proxy, log, or store these requests. The only party that receives your prompt data is Anthropic, under their privacy policy.

Thesis PM never reads, stores, or transmits your .env.local file or API keys beyond passing them directly to the Anthropic SDK in memory.

4. Data retention

Email addresses collected via the beta registration form are retained until you request removal or until the beta programme concludes, whichever comes first. Web server logs are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and Site evolve. Material changes will be noted by an updated effective date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your privacy rights without explicit notice.
